    The location was great, right by the metro station and and Dubai mall, both the business bay and the financial district, and the CELAVI restaurant, stayed here during my vacation. Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were excellent co-operating people with especially the receptionist.

    The rooftop pool experience was special. I loved seeing the Burj Khalifa while swimming. It felt surreal to be so high up. The staff was attentive, and I appreciated the hospitality. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

    The location offers unbeatable access to the metro and Dubai Mall. My room faced Burj Khalifa, providing fine views. The infinity pool on the 54th floor had amazing views. I encountered some issues. The deposit policy surprised me, as I still haven't seen my refund returned after over three days. The hotel's spa services felt overpriced, and I had to follow up multiple times for basic items that should've been stocked in the room. While my stay had its perks, I hope to see better organization and service in the future.

    We explored fantastic spots like the Burj Al Arab and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel had a fine rooftop bar and the infinity pool was a highlight. Just a heads up, the wifi could be spotty at times, but everything else was nice.

    Unfortunately, the wifi was inconsistent, a letdown for such a high-end hotel. It impacted our ability to stay connected during our trip.
